2011 Easter Cup Format
Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 matches in the 11 a-side competition and 5 matches in the 7 a-side Festival, all games will be officiated by qualified referees from throughout the UK.
The 7 a-side Festival will be run in accordance with UEFA guidelines with mementos for all participants. All 7 a-side teams will be presented with an Easter Cup Friendship Trophy and medals.
11 a-side teams will normally be drawn into sections of 4 or 5 teams, with each team playing each other once. On completion of the section matches teams will usually qualify for the prestigious Easter Cup or the supplementary Easter Trophy, with individual trophies awarded to the winners and runners up of each competition.

Optional arrival day for teams giving you time to settle into your accommodation and get ready for the action, with time to brush up on last minute tactics |
| Friday (3 night arrival) |
The big kick off for the 11 a-side Cup teams with section games starting early in the morning. We try to give teams who arrive today as late a kick off as possible, however with a busy schedule unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Teams who choose to book their own accommodation will be expected to register and play before 10am. 7 a-side Festival - Teams arrive and settle into your accommodation, get ready for the action. |

An early start today with the 11 a-side Cup section games continuing. 7 a-side Festival starts today and gets well underway Saturday Afternoon/Evening - Depending on your fixtures you may have an opportunity to take in a Premiership game. (Teams should be aware we cannot guarantee you will have no game on the Saturday afternoon to enable you to do this. However fixtures are sent out a full 4 weeks before the weekend to let you plan your time accordingly). |
| Sunday | 11 a-side Cup knock out stages begin today and the excitement is starting to build. 7 a-side Festvial games all fay as the Festival is now in full swing. |

Continuation of the 11 a-side Cup final stages in the morning and it’s all still to play for. In the afternoon it’s the Finals, with a chance for a lucky few to get their hands on the prestigious Easter Cup! The culmination of the 7 a-side Festival with the afternoon hosting the 7 a-side Players Presentation. Games are played till late afternoon then it’s time to say farewell |

The 2011 Easter Cup rules are played in accordance with the FA and UEFA and are for Category C (Boys Club) teams only at the following age groups:

2011 RULES HIGHLIGHT
The Easter Cup rules are played in accordance with the FA and UEFA and are for Category C (Boys Club) teams only.
A copy of the 2011 Easter Cup Rules will be sent to all participating teams 4 weeks before the big kick off.
During the Easter Cup each team manager must have with them ID for every player.
They must also have permission from their local and national associations and the appropriate insurance cover for accident, injury and illness.
